Milèa is a community of Movement, Health & Happiness focussing on the practise of Pilates to create long lasting and sustainable change within your body leaving you feel confident and strong. For so many years i had struggled to consistantly incorporate exercise into my lifestyle that left me seeing little to no results mentally and physically. My love for pilates started when i chose to invest time each day into looking after my mental health and wellbeing. Finding ways to implement movement into your everyday routine will leave you feeling motivated, inspired, confident and strong. Our Pilates classes are for everyone and we cant wait to see you in class!
